Jessie is president of The Loading Dock, a B Corp coworking and cowarehousing community in the Triangle, and founder of Scale Simple, where she guides leaders and organizations to align purpose with strategy for growth that’s both conscious and sustainable. Purpose and impact are woven into Jessie Hathcock’s DNA. For more than 20 years, she has led across education, nonprofits, and the business community, always with a heart for helping people reach their innate potential. She also knows what it costs to get it wrong: after burning out twice before thirty, she reshaped how she defines a life well led.
