The Lillies and the Sparrows: Understanding Anxiety: A Conversation and Q&A with Counselors

Join us for a discussion on anxiety and a Q&A session on Thursday, March 12th, from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM in the garage!

We’ll hear from Biblical Counselor Aaron Fears and LMFT-S Caroline von Helms, followed by a time for questions and conversation.

Aaron Fears is a biblical counselor at Hope Counseling who helps people connect their personal story to the greater story God is writing. Through a story-centered approach, he invites others to reflect on the moments that have shaped them and consider the new story God may be unfolding in their lives.

Caroline von Helms is the founder of Trinity Counseling and Consulting and holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. With over 20 years of experience, she has served individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings, including churches and nonprofits, and is trained in EMDR.
